The Lying Kind

"The Lying Kind

by Anthony Neilson

8 p.m. October 17, 18, 24, 25

2 p.m. October 26

Chamber Hall – AC

Directed by Carol Hanscom

Warning: This play contains adult content, suitable for mature audiences only.

Constables Blunt and Gobbel have one final duty to perform on Christmas Eve night, delivering tragic news to the London family at #58. But what if it ruins their Christmas? Our 2 hapless bobbies are struggling to solve their dilemma while hiding from a group of roaming vigilantes. Can they keep their stiff upper lips and just get home? Full of cross purposes and mistaken identities, misplaced Chihuahuas, stodgy vicars and, of course, naughty underwear, this over-the-top farce is one you can’t look away from!

“Lying Kind, The” is presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, inc.

Watters Theater – FA

Directed by Elizabeth Mozer

A winner of 9 Tony Awards, A Chorus Line delighted audiences on Broadway for 15 years. Contending for a spot on 'the line', auditioning dancers provide a glimpse into the events that have shaped their lives and their decisions to become dancers. They put their best foot forward attempting to dazzle a notorious director; only when they dig a little deeper, sharing how they found a home on stage, they find themselves closer to the unforgiving cut of '4 boys and 4 girls'. "A singular sensation!"

‘A Chorus Line’ is produced by arrangement with TAMS-WITMARK MUSIC LIBRARY, INC.
